Description
The ovarian ligament (utero-ovarian ligament or proper ovarian ligament) holds the internal portion of the ovaries to the lateral surface of the uterus at its superior angles. It is muscular and fibrous ligament, and runs in the broad ligament, specifically found in the parametrium.
